Testing is done. Report cards are done. All that’s left is to tie up some loose ends in Language Arts and bring Math to a close. Our class pizza party is on Wednesday and I’ll be asking students to sign up to bring snacks and drinks.
This week we will be taking our final Lions test and the 4th math quarterly test. We’re also on our last story (Three Little Pigs) for Language Arts. In Math, we’re finishing up the year with Measurement and Geometry. I will be returning most, if not all, student tests and classwork this week.
Thursday is our First Grade Picnic and Olympics at Jefferson Park.
We’re having our last Family Literacy Night this Thursday the 10th from 6–7pm in Room 9. We’ll be covering Summer Study.
I’ll be passing back our Language Arts and Spelling test on Tuesday. Friday will be the next Language Arts and Spelling test. Our next Math test is on Wednesday Thursday.
